Welcome to my weight loss journey.  It's been a long process and I'm tired of starting over.  Above is what I look like now and to the right is what I'd like to look like again (maybe 15 lbs. lighter even)  I'm using this site as motivation to keep the pounds coming off and provide some accountability.
 

I am currently a member of Weight Watchers Online and use the Flex point system.  I also subscribe to jillianmichaels.com for my workout schedule.

8/10/06 Just getting started...Starting & Current weight 223 Goal Weight 140
I'm already struggling with staying in my points range, but it's been awhile since I've so closely monitored by diet, so that's not really surprise.  Started the 50+ to Lose "First Last Timers" on the WW message boards and it sounds like I have a great group of women to go through this weight loss process with for the last time.

8/11/06  Last night dinner and drinks was not good for the diet.  I worked out on the treadmill this morning and am struggling from yesterday's workout.  Jillian really kicks your butt which is good since mine obviously needs to be kicked.  I ate some leftovers that were less than good for me, but there wasn't a lot there and I will be good tonight.  I decided Monday will be my official starting weight since I'm just trying to get the hang of it this week.                  Annie
